After spending years in the restaurant scene, she decided to take the leap and start her own business, which became Beyond the Bar. Now, she’s all about creating amazing events and parties that leave a lasting impression. When she’s not busy mixing drinks and making memories for others, Becca loves hanging out with her fiancé and son.
Joshua Jones

Joshua is a pilot and aircraft electrician with a degree in Aeronautics. With over 10 years of experience as a server, bartender, and in wedding catering, he brings valuable hospitality expertise. An entrepreneur at heart, Joshua has started and managed multiple business ventures, including podcast and media companies, and joined Rebecca in launching Beyond The Bar. When he’s not busy, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family and tackling DIY projects.

Rachael Berry is the Creative Director at Beyond The Bar, bringing over 10 years of experience in serving, bartending, and hospitality. With a background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Rachael’s attention to detail and care extend into her passion for event planning and decorating. Known for her keen eye for design and her ability to bring creative visions to life, she ensures every event is memorable. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her nephew and spending quality time with friends.
